She will guide us through the challenges and opportunities of developing and expanding a dynamic alumni program, sharing strategies to align your organization's mission and vision with impactful alumni services, and leveraging them to enhance outcomes and operations.
Learn more about the discussion below.
Recent revelations about MultiPlan have raised concerns about potential price-fixing in healthcare and have prompted calls for a federal investigation. MultiPlan's algorithms recommend payment amounts for out-of-network medical claims, often driving down payments to providers. This allows insurers to collect higher fees. Senator Amy Klobuchar has asked federal regulators to examine whether MultiPlan's algorithms have enabled major health insurers to conspire to reduce payments to doctors, resulting in higher bills for patients.
During our next ‘Masterminds’ discussion on Tuesday, June 11th, Matt Lavin will join us in the latter half of the meeting to talk about the essential information regarding the federal hearing on Multiplan.
