As a serial entrepreneur who had previously started software and consulting companies, as well as an international nonprofit, Joanna launched Vista Research Group in September 2015 to help treatment programs cost-effectively measure and improve their treatment success rates. 

Joanna will share Vista’s findings from monitoring 65,000+ patients during addiction treatment, and following up with over 20,000 people after treatment programs, to show how treatment center owners can use outcomes research to get more days approved, attract more patients, and improve outcomes.
