The 2020 Addiction Industry Salary Survey is Available, Consider Participating in the 2022 Survey!

The National Association of Addiction Treatment Providers (NAATP) has released the 2020 National Addiction Industry Salary Survey. This edition of the survey includes information pertaining to facility capacity, parental leave, benefits by staff type, and salary distributions. The report includes data from 141 facilities. You can use the report to benchmark your own service offerings, diversity of staff, benefits, and salaries. It is also useful for businesses to help recruit and retain top talent in the industry and provide high levels of care.

The 2020 survey is available for purchase for non-participating members for $1,000 and non-members for $2,500.

The survey will remain open through Wednesday, June 1st and will take about 30-45 minutes of your time. To help you prepare for the survey, please have available staff lists, detailed salary and benefit information, and general census information.

Participating members receive the salary survey report first and at no charge.
