Important Update: ROC Monthly Zoom Calendar Invite
Effecting Outlook Calendar Users
Hello ROC Members,
It has come to our attention that our monthly recurring Zoom calendar invitation may not display correctly on some calendars—particularly in Outlook. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.
We are currently working with Zoom to have everyone who is registered for the ROC meeting series re-receive an updated calendar invitation via email. While that process is still in progress, we’d like to share a few alternative solutions you can use in the meantime to ensure you don’t miss any meetings.

Microsoft Outlook Users: How to Fix the Calendar Issue
You have two options to ensure the meetings appear correctly on your calendar.
Option A: Manually Add the Meeting Series
You may manually add the recurring meeting to your calendar using this info:

Option B: Upload the .ics Calendar File
Download the file here and save it to your desktop.
Open Outlook and click the Calendar icon.
Select Add Calendar from the left sidebar.
Click Upload from File.
Choose Browse, select the saved .ics file, and click Import.
Once imported, the calendar series should appear for the second Tuesday of every month in 2026.
