In 2010, Jordan’s personal recovery and desire to help others pushed him towards behavioral healthcare. He started in admissions, where he helped over 4,000 patients find treatment options that met their needs. In 2013, he was promoted to oversee the same organization’s events department, where he oversaw 17 national behavioral health conferences.
In 2018, Jordan’s aspirations to make a bigger impact on behavioral healthcare led to the creation of Jordan and Associates Consulting, whose purpose is to leverage the experience, education, and thousands of connections made in the industry to help treatment centers overcome obstacles blocking their path to success. Jordan’s 15 years of experience and thousands of relationships in behavioral healthcare have formed the foundation for the focus of his business, which is helping treatment centers hire key staff. He has worked with over 50 different behavioral healthcare organizations to identify, interview, and hire key staff in Executive, Business Development, Admissions, Revenue Cycle Management, Marketing and Operations positions.
